• In active/active (clustering) installations, equivalent appliance models, subscriptions and maintenance licenses are required for each unit.
  In active/passive (hot standby) installations, equivalent appliance models are required, whereas the standby unit does not require additional licenses.
• Gold Maintenance includes Web/Email/Phone Support during office hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Pacific Time, excluding US holidays
• Platinum Maintenance includes Web/Email/Phone Support 24x7
• All Astaro products in an organization must be on the same level of maintenance.
• Lapsed maintenance plans can be reinstated, but only by purchasing maintenance retroactive to the time the warranty or previous maintenance plan lapsed.
