Astaro UserPortal:

The web-based UserPortal presents many options for the end-user to track and monitor messages which have been processed by the Astaro Mail Gateway.

• SMTP/POP3 Quarantine
  The mail quarantine displays all filtered emails for POP3 and SMTP. Depending on the filter selection, it is possible to view and take action on messages such as release, whitelist, download, delete, and more.
• Individual Mail Log
  The email log allows users to gain a quick overview over their complete email traffic.
• Personal Whitelist
  Users can manage a personal email whitelist of sender addresses which should not be subject to spam scans.
• POP3 Accounts
  Administration of POP3 accounts allows user to redirect their POP3 email accounts through the Astaro Mail Gateway to take advantage of spam and virus scanning.

The UserPortal is available in 15 languages and can be adjusted to display needed information via a configurable Welcome Page. Using the UserPortal together with the daily quarantine reports greatly reduces ate administrator's workload in dealing with user queries.
